The development is situated in the outskirts of Emba village, a traditional Cypriot village between Paphos and coral bay. A truley unique location.

It is possible that the name of the village was given because it is built at the entrance of Paphos- that is the edge of the city, through which the travelers from the north, northwest and west came in.
